How do I book?

You can book on line here or call one of our friendly booking agents on 0333 5777 223. We recommend you book in advance as experiences get booked up quickly.

How much does it cost?

You can choose either a 30, 60 or 90-minute experience:

When are you open?

We operate on selected dates throughout the year, generally Saturday and Sunday but we do include some dates in the school holidays.

Experiences start at 10.00am. The last booking slot of the day is at 4:30pm (for a 30 minute lesson). With the exception of Henley-in-Arden, where the last slot is at 5pm for a 30-minute lesson.

Where can I have a lesson?

We have venues nationwide:

What happens on the day?

It’s helpful if you arrive 15 minutes before your booked time and make your way to the Off Road Driver reception area. One of our team will get you checked in and let you know who your instructor will be. Your instructor will greet you at your lesson time and ensure you are comfortable in the car. If you have purchased the in-car film of your experience you will be given the memory card when you check-in, please give this to your instructor, and you will get it back from them at the end of the experience.

Can I choose which vehicle I drive?

If you have a vehicle preference, please let the booking agent know. We can’t guarantee which vehicle you will have but will do our best to accommodate you.

Are you disability inclusive?

We cater for a range of physical and mental disabilities. Please call our team to discuss your individual requirements.

How tall do I have to be?

As long as you are over 1.42m you can participate from age 10.

Can I bring spectators?

Our child protection policy means that a parent or guardian needs to attend with a youngster participating in the Under 17s experience. They are welcome to sit in the back of the car during your experience, or enjoy light refreshments at the hospitality area. For Adult experiences spectators are welcome.

When do I need to arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your allotted time so we can get you checked in.

Are there toilets?

Toilets are available at each of the venues.

Can we purchase refreshments?

Yes - we offer a selection of hot/cold drinks and crisps/confectionery. It’s always helpful if you could bring a bit of loose change with you.

Can I amend my booking?

We will be happy to change the date of your booking with a minimum of 7 days notice.

My voucher has expired, what happens now?

Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. You can extend your voucher for an extra 3 months at a cost of £15.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full terms and conditions are available on the website; in summary, the key details are as follows:

There is a 7-day cooling off period from the date of purchase – this means if you contact us within 7 days of purchase you are entitled to a refund of the cost of the experience.

If you need to change the date of your booking we will be happy to do this with more than 7 days notice.

What happens in bad weather?

We do our best to continue operating throughout the year. However, in the interests of safety, during severe weather conditions we may cancel your experience. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as we possibly can on the morning of the event either via phone call or text message. Please note, this is likely to be after 8.30am when our team arrives on site.

If you do not hear from us, please assume that your experience will be going ahead as planned, but we do recommend that you allow extra time to get to the venue in case the weather conditions affect your planned journey.

Should your experience be cancelled, we will re-book you on to our next available date.
